Polyurethane Deep Foam Injection

This is the modern evolution of mudjacking β and the two could not be more different. Instead of heavy mud that washes away, we inject high-density structural polyurethane foam through small drilled holes. The foam expands to fill voids, binds soil particles together, and lifts the surface β all within hours.
Lightweight & Hydrophobic
Polyurethane is 95% lighter than mudjacking slurry β it adds no dead load to failing soil. It is also waterproof, so it will not wash away in a storm or through seasonal soil movement.

Stem Wall Repair & Replacement

Thousands of homes across Southern California were built in the early 1900s on stem walls made of creekstone, river rock, or unreinforced concrete mixed by hand on site. At the time, these materials were what was available. Today, after 80 to 100 years of seismic activity, moisture cycles, and soil movement, many of these walls are no longer capable of safely supporting the structure above them.
This is not a crack repair situation. When a stem wall has deteriorated past the point of patching, the only permanent solution is partial or complete replacement with modern reinforced concrete β properly tied into the existing footings and engineered to current California building code.
