When a slab has heaved or settled just enough to catch a toe, we grind the raised edge down flush with the concrete next to it — eliminating the hazard in minutes, with no injection and no demolition. It’s the fastest, most affordable fix for small height differences, and you can walk on it immediately.
Slab Raising with Foam Injection
For settled and sunken slabs, we drill small holes, inject high-density, environmentally safe lifting foam, and patch — raising the slab back to original grade. It’s clean, minimally invasive, and you can walk or drive on it within about an hour. Far less disruptive, and far less costly, than tearing out and repouring.

Carbon Fiber Staples
For cracks in slabs and walls, we stitch the crack with carbon fiber staples — a strong, low-profile structural repair that locks the crack in place and resists it spreading. It’s a permanent fix that disappears under the surface.
Cut, Pin & Replace
When a section is too damaged for stitching — a badly broken or crumbled area — we cut out the failed section, pin it to the sound concrete around it for a solid bond, and replace it so it holds. The repair is matched to the damage, not forced.
